Your fall cleaning list for the upcoming holidays!
It's only September this is true, but NOW is the time to start preparing for the upcoming holidays so you can actually enjoy the holidays. If you just spend a little time each week on the spring cleaning chores, you will feel so good and prepared when the holidays actually hit. If you want to really get a head start on things, start by securing 2 or 3 Christmas gifts a week and wrap them! I find when I try to get last minute gifts, I don't really get good ones. Here's your fall cleaning list-they are very easy and won't take up that much time!Week 1: Wash the walls in the bathrooms, on yes, you’ll see how terribly dusty they can get!Week 2: Take apart that upholstered furniture and give it a good vacuuming.Week 3: Wash down your ceiling fans and give the light fixtures a good washing too!Week 4: Wash down the front and back of all the doors in your home.Week 5: Wash all the baseboards in your home.Week 6: Wipe down the kitchen and bathroom cabinets.Week 7: Clean the inside of the stove, and then pull the stove out to clean under it!Week 8: Throw away any old food in the fridge and clean out the inside of the fridge.Week 9: A good time to schedule window washing and carpet cleaning! Now you will rest easy and be completely prepared. My best holidays were the ones that I felt like I was on top of things! I hope this list can help you!
